Use of Brand Name:

  • All employees are required to use the brand name, as well as other trademarks and trade names of the hotel (company), only at pre-approved events and in accordance with the Brand Book.

Assets and Resources:

  • Any employee responsible for the use of physical assets or other resources of the hotel, is accountable for their proper use.

Internal Financial Reporting:

  • Accounts and financial reports must be prepared and maintained in accordance with the policies of the hotel (company).

Communications:

  • Reasonable measures must be taken to ensure the accuracy of information that is permitted for disclosure to external parties.

Supplier Selection:

  • All suppliers must be approved. It is not permissible to accept additional funds from suppliers that are not specified in the contract.
  • A hotel employee cannot own a stake in a supplier's business or be a creditor of the supplier.
  • It is prohibited to use a supplier, consultant, subcontractor, or hotel employee to work on personal projects.
  • In all business relationships with external individuals, companies, or organizations, it is necessary to act in accordance with the law, consider the rights and interests of the hotel, protect the hotel's interests from actual or potential conflicts of interest with external parties, and avoid personal transactions or situations where own interests conflict or may be perceived as conflicting with the interests of the hotel.
  • It is prohibited to directly or indirectly buy, sell, or lease any equipment, services of the hotel or use any such equipment, services, or facilities for personal gain.

Important To Consider: 

  • If an employee finds themselves involved in situations or transactions that conflict or may appear to conflict with the intentions of this Code of Ethics, they must immediately report this to the hotels General Manager (Or Management Company).
