Key Functions:
- The Human Resources Department is a crucial element for the successful operation of the hotel. Its primary task is to ensure effective Human Resources management, which directly impacts the quality of guest service and the overall atmosphere within the hotel.
Recruitment and Selection:
- Development and implementation of a recruitment strategy aligned with the hotel's needs.
- Conducting interviews, tests, and evaluating candidates based on corporate values and job requirements.
- Preparing and posting job openings on various platforms.
Training and Development:
- Organizing onboarding training for new employees, including familiarization with hotel policies and procedures.
- Developing upskilling and professional development programs for existing employees.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and implementing necessary adjustments.
Performance Management:
- Establishing clear performance evaluation criteria for employees.
- Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to employees to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Developing individual development plans for employees based on evaluation results.
Maintaining Corporate Culture:
- Fostering a positive work environment and corporate culture that promotes collaboration and high motivation.
- Organizing team-building activities aimed at strengthening team spirit and improving inter-departmental interaction.
- Upholding company values and ensuring their adherence by all employees.
Compensation and Benefits Management:
- Developing a competitive compensation and benefits system aligned with market standards and internal company policies.
- Ensuring transparency regarding employee compensation and benefits.
- Advising employees on matters related to compensation, benefits, and career progression.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with all labor laws and internal regulations.
- Maintaining documentation related to employment relationships, including contracts, employment records, and reports.
- Protecting confidential employee information, including personal data, performance evaluation results, and other sensitive information.
- Ensuring access to information is restricted to authorized personnel only.
- Providing support to employees on matters concerning their work, career growth, and professional development.
- Handling employee grievances and suggestions, and working towards their resolution.
