Basic Rules:

  • Employee access to hotel services is regulated by local normative acts.
  • Employees are prohibited from bringing relatives, friends, and acquaintances onto hotel premises without written permission from the department manager.
  • All personal belongings must be stored strictly in individual lockers in the changing room.
  • Being late for work is strictly prohibited. In case of tardiness, employees must notify their immediate supervisor in advance.
  • Personal mobile phones must be turned off or set to silent mode. Phone conversations in guest areas are strictly prohibited.
  • Chewing gum while at work is strictly prohibited.
  • Entry and exit from the hotel for all employees is allowed only through the staff entrance with mandatory registration of the personal access card.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
  • Use of the office phone for personal calls is permitted only in emergency situations.
  • Employees are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages during their shift or bring them onto hotel premises. Arriving for a shift under the influence is prohibited.
  • Employees must inform management of any changes in personal information (address, phone number, passport number, marital status, etc.).
  • The hotel expects all employees to adhere to established work standards. In case of non-compliance with standards, disciplinary measures are provided: Warning, Reprimand, Termination.

Disciplinary violations that may lead to penalties and includes, but are not limited to:

  • Being under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
  • Use of illegal drugs as defined by law.
  • Deception or concealment of fraudulent activities concerning the hotel.
  • Falsification of invoices or reports.
  • Any act of violence on hotel premises.
  • Ignoring safety regulations and legislation.
  • Sexual and racial harassment.
  • Rudeness in communication with guests and colleagues.
  • Disclosure of information against the interests of the hotel.
  • Unsatisfactory adherence to schedules or other attendances.
  • Refusal to comply with established standards.
  • Any other violation of rules set forth by management.

  • Compliance with this standard is mandatory for all F&B employees and contributes to the creating of a professional and safe working environment.
